Getting started
Connect your Shopify store, complete your free assessment and choose whether to proceed with a paid sale.
On the website: upload your orders file, read the free finding, then check a sale.
Billing and refunds
Reading your existing orders is free, and so is your first complete tracked sale. After that, each tracked sale is US$49, with no subscription. For billing questions or refunds, email us with your Shopify store domain and purchase details.
Your sale
Open PromoMate in Shopify to review your BEFORE plan, DURING readings and AFTER results. PromoMate does not currently send automatic sale alerts.

Email us with a brief description of your request. Please don't send passwords or sensitive customer information.
