PromoMate is operated by Terrence Curtis (ABN 92 165 688 378), an Australian sole trader.
By installing or using PromoMate, or by uploading a file on our website, you agree to these Terms.
The service
PromoMate helps merchants plan, monitor and review promotional sales using their store information, from the Shopify app or from an orders file they upload on our website.
Pricing
You can start with a free assessment. Continuing with a sale costs US$49 per sale, paid through Shopify Billing. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
On our website, a sale reading costs US$49 per sale, paid by card. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Prices are in US dollars. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
Your decisions
PromoMate provides estimates, insights and decision support. Results depend on available information. We do not guarantee increased revenue, profit or particular commercial outcomes. You remain responsible for your business decisions.
Availability and use
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. You must use PromoMate lawfully and must not interfere with its operation.
You may uninstall the app at any time. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The latest version will be available on our website.
